Replacing a blower motor in a mobile home furnace. – heat is not working. She wanted to know if we would just repair the furnace – told her it looks like in July we noted the blower motor was pulling too many amps. Explained that it would be $538.00 (part cost and trip fee) to go out and replace that, but that until that was done we would not know if there were other issues or if in the meantime something else had failed. She was told it would be $7,000 to fix it. We told her that sounds like a replacement option.
