Working on diagnostics on an older Lennox furnace today. He came home from dialysis and the heat isn’t working. Newer unit, bought the house in 2010. No air is blowing out at all, thermotstat is black. He checked the breaker and the switch on the side of the furnace. We recommended replacing the thermostat to customer.
