I have nothing but positively awesome things to say about each and everyone of the workers that came to my house as well as the ladies in the office scheduling everything. Great job one and all. Very polite and professional. I am sorry I am terrible with names but the crews that came out to my house (especially the HVAC guys) should get huge bonuses. They had alot of obstacles to work through that day and they worked non stop to get it all done. They even made a new hood for the furnace by hand. WHO DOES THAT ANY MORE???? I will tell you. These guys. Excellent work.All the crews cleaned up after they were done .You could tell they all took pride in the jobs they were doing. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. Where do I start. First ty so much for such an amazing program. Rather I'm chosen are not I'm grateful that things like this exist. Ty for such an amazing technican. Hannah was amazing. She was very respectful and helpful in any way she could. I was amazed and full of excitement just from how knowledgeable she was pertaining to her job. She was very compassionate, helpful, caring and respectful. It was more than a pleasure to meet such a wonderful young ladie. Hannah is a perfect example of what good employees should look like. Ty again Hannah you left an everlasting impression. You just don't often see these types of employees anymore. Give her a raise make her a manager she deserves both and more. Installed a new upstairs HVAC unit and electric hot water heater. Insulation added on day two. Workers efficient and courteous. Everything works like new. Five stars to Energy Stars! Follow-up four months later to ensure cooling worked efficiently in warmer weather. Hayster1947

When calling into the office, the office rep I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. She got me scheduled for service sooner than I expected.The lead service technician Ryan, who came out to install my AC unit was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He kept me informed during the process on services that were being done. I was very impressed with his commitment to complete an HV installation that could have been scheduled for another day, but he and the other service techs worked diligently to complete the job. I was very thankful and appreciative of them going the extra to get my home heated, cooled and safe. It was a very good service experience. These guys are great!!! I live in East Saint Louis, IL. They were tasked with replacing my old busted furnace, which they did efficiently and professionally. They even went the extra mile by detecting and replacing a couple of old leaky gas valves in my basement. It was a very stress-free and enlightening experience. This company is AWESOME!! Josh and Jordan which are the two techs that came to my home and replaced my furnace. They came in and went straight to what the job called for. They worked well as a team and got the job done. Most techs that have come to my home sometimes made me nervous, but these two made me feel very confident. No matter what, energy stars will always be my go to for all of my Hvac needs and you should to!!!! And a big shout out to Gene, one of the office managers, need never promised me anything he couldn't deliver!!!! tina williams

I love this company. Your service men come out they are always on time, polite, respectful, clean, wear their masks and also wear shoe covers to protect my hard wood floors.They do great work and always explain what they are doing and explain how they are going to do what i need done. The three young men Ryan, Will , 3rd guy I forgot his name ( so sorry) who came to install my units where very professional. This company is da Greatest. First off they installed a Brand New furnace & central air unit for my 3 story home at a time I needed it most. Then at 2:48am this morning I called them because my thermostat was reading service soon & 50 degrees. Now grant it, it is/was below zero outside, but I knew something was wrong. Well before 9am I received a call saying someone would be here between 2pm-5pm. Here it is 12:45pm and they have come, repaired, & are gone. What I tell ya, There Great!!!!! I would use Energy Stars again for future HVAC service. Their customer service representative was courteous and flexible when scheduling. The installers (Jordan and Josh) were prompt and friendly.
