Performing diagnostics on a three-year-old Goodman furnace today. Customer noticed that her furnace wasn’t putting out hot air and it just kept running. Today the heat is not working.
Upon arrival we noticed that the system was in lock-out. Found that the flame sensor wasn’t sensing a flame causing system to short cycle. We did some testing and cleaned the internal parts to stop the system from locking out.
