Energy Stars sent two technicians/ installers to my home to replace my antiquated/ worn out heating ,& air conditioning systems. Both technicians were professional., friendly ,and answered any questions or concerns I had.They were respectful of my home ,and they thoroughly cleaned up when the work was completed. I highly recommend Energy Stars, without hesitation, to anyone needing the services they provide. Plans are to remain an on-going customer for systems maintenance . Obnor “Obnor” 7

As I was setting appointment with Kathy, she was sure I got the $69.99 NEW Customer/Veterans clean/tune price and $50 service credit applied to the cost of the coolant, saying they would gladly "honor" the New Customer offers, despite the 3rd week of Dailey temperatures in the high 90's and heat indexes over 105 degrees, a time people needing help would not object to their normal $110. The tech Scott, that arrived made me " feel encouraged" to ask questions regarding optimum performance of my A/C, coolant costs, and at a fair price too. I was referred to them by word of mouth and look forward to next winters furnace check. This was keeping the customer in mind while servicing the unit and will earn them my "Repeat" Business. The scheduling was easy! They accomplished my schedule and completed the insulating and new HVAC all on the same day. I'm sure removing a 40+ years old HVAC was a chore. Both crews were VERY respectful. Patricia johnson

Scott was very respectful of my schedule, arriving a bit early and doing his work efficiently. I’ve always felt that he is looking out for my best interests, never being “sold” anything. Today I needed coolant added to my air conditioner. Scott went out of his way to show me the dashboard results before and after adding the coolant, explaining what each one was measuring. Energy Stars same and did an overall great job! They were all quite pleasant to work with from the office staff (calling and scheduling appointments)to the pros that were on the job site. They performed all the tasks and made sure the work site was clean and free of debris when they were done. They were willing to answer any questions l had and some elaborated and gave supporting details on how the equipment is suppose to perform. Therefore, my experience has been an overall great one and l would surely recommend Energy Star for your needs based on my results. Everyone that I encountered was so knowledgeable about the entire process and very helpful. I called on a Friday afternoon and got an appointment to have a technician come out to diagnose the problem with my AC on Monday. Tuesday morning they were here bright and early and had my new heat pump installed and running by 1:30. I would highly recommend them. Tamaria Morrow Evans

Called Energy Stars late on a Sunday evening. Received call back first thing next morning. After explaining our issue was put on the schedule for that very day. Communication was smooth and received call from the kindest, most professional, experienced and extremely knowledgeable technician, Eric. He not only fixed our problem but took the time to explain how our system worked. This information was much appreciated as we moved to O’Fallon after living our entire lives in Northern California - a much different climate. Thank you Eric! Curious Person

The crew arrived on time and began working right away on both my furnace and air conditioning unit removal of the old units and replaced both units in a timely manner. Their work was professionalism at its finest. Before leaving they doubled checked everything then explained how to properly use the new thermostat plus explained the Warranty. Unlike other companies I called to see about having the work done I chose Energy Stars for, Energy Stars care about the customer not just the sale. Keith Charter

Our a/c decided death would be better than another Illinois heatwave, so we called Energy Stars, a new company to us. The first two young men who came out scratched their heads and quoted us $5000 for a whole new system, but said they wanted a colleague to look at it first. The next day, Eric M. came and saved the day (and our wallet)! He said there wasn’t an a/c problem he hadn’t seen in his career, and he would get it fixed up. In the pouring rain, he worked, and within minutes found the culprit—a dead capacitor. One part swap later, and the a/c was humming like a Ferrari. He cleaned out the coils and redid all the connections, too. That a/c was running and cooling the house good as new. We paid $330 when all was said and done, which was a lot prettier a fee than a whole new system. I cannot thank or sing the praises of Eric M. enough; he saved our bacon and kept us from roasting this summer! Viva Leibold

Furnace was leaking, Logan came out and fixed it. He has great customer service, super nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable. He definitely takes pride in his job and does great work.
