Scott was very cordial took the time to explain what was going on with my furnace explaining what he did when troubleshooting my furnace issue/s. He took pictures to document what he found and explained what had to be done in a manner that I was able to understand. I would recommend Energy Star to others. Although the work has yet to be done I trust that Energy Star will be a great company to do the job. Once the work is done I will update my review. I don’t think my rating will change. 😉

My house is much colder than it was with the old furnace. I’m extremely disappointed. Two stars for the friendly techs, though.UPDATE! I called Energy Star on the following Monday morning, and they sent someone out within a couple of hours. Their highly experienced technician, Eric Merckling found the problem with my furnace and fixed it, with haste. I am now exuberantly satisfied with the customer service and prompt response to my issue. My house is now super warm and comfy. It was a Merry Christmas, after all. Thanks Energy Star!

We had Eric come our bc our new furnace that was just recently installed was leaking a fair amount of water from under the unit. Eric was very friendly and personable. He knew what was wrong before he even opened up our funace. He got the issue fixed cleaned up all the left over water. I was VERY satisfied. Eric wished a Merry Christmas ans Happy New year even stayed for just a few small mins and small chatted. He was very warm and kind to our pets(dogs) as well.

recently there was a weather change in our region, and after a few days of unbearable coldness we recently realized that the heat, nor cooling, was actually working in my disabled mother's home. I was able to contact Energy Stars and was met with a polite, and friendly, tone from a knowledgable member of the office staff; she was rather empathic and quickly assisted with some basic troubleshooting steps before advising me on available resources and options. although we were unable to get an urgent service appointment due to the recent holiday, we were able to get an appointment scheduled soon after.our technician Ryan was timely and upon arrival he immediately wasted no time accessing the problem; he was very friendly and kindly informed us of his actions as he worked. Ryan acknowledged the issue, and presented our servicing options shortly after. Energy Stars had straight forward, and affordable rates; I appreciated the fact that Ryan was very transparent about the appropriate fees and educated us on our options.Ryan was able to complete the service without issue, and even took the time to educate us on our system and recommend maintenance service options that we can take advantage to extend the life of our HVAC system/unit. after nearly two weeks of no heat, with temperatures in the low 20s, we finally have heat restored!I am so grateful for Energy Stars caring, skilled, and knowledgable team members, but most importantly their fast, and affordable service. thank you!

These guys were amazing. From the first consultation with Jason, I knew I had found a knowledgeable service provider and contractor. The system they proposed met my needs and I felt the price was more than fair. They even helped me find financing for my system!! On the day of install, there was no time window given for arrival, they said they would arrive at 9:00am, and they were early!!! The installation team was just as professional and knowledgeable as Jason was during the inspection and recommendation process, and they worked their butts off!!! They didn’t stop for lunch, they worked straight through until the installation was complete. Once complete they spent the time to train me on the operation of the new system, thermostat, annd annswered anll of my questions. Energy Stars is truly an A-1, professional company. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to have them install my new system and I’m looking forward to working with them for years to come.
